## 1.0.7745: 2026/10/16

- Feature: allow ddb connections to be parameterized with credentials. See [#'d/connect](https://docs.datomic.com/clojure/index.html#datomic.api/connect)
- Performance: Improve indexing performance by merging sorts and tiers in parallel.
- Performance: Increase `index-parallelism` limit from 8 to 128.
- Performance: Increase the maximum size of transaction batches in high-throughput systems.
- Performance: Improve transaction batch I/O pipelining.
- Performance: Improve incremental backup throughput in large databases.
- Performance: Improve verify-backup throughput by separating ephemeral I/O threads from dedicated deserialization threads.
- Fix: Transactions no longer consume entity ids for tempids that resolve to existing entities through upsert. Previously the number of ids consumed depended on the order of the tx-data, so routinely retransacting schema could exhaust the schema element limit even in databases with few attributes.
- Fix: Prevent race condition where the futures returned by sync/sync-index/sync-schema/sync-excise API would fail to complete, though the given basis t was available.
